Treebo Premium Blue Mountain Resort With Swimming Pool

The property is in a quiet place with no disturbance. The ambience looks good.

The hotel cancelled my booking due to pre- payment rule, where as it’s mentioned on booking.com as pay at property. I had to deal with a last minute cancellation. Booking.com customer care did nothing to resolve this. I had to book from Treebo website. The customer support was rude and said they’ll get back to me by 3 hrs, they never did. They also promised to find me another stay, they diddnt. About the hotel — The reception staffs were so unwelcoming. Their behaviour was so condescending towards me.

The seating area outside the room—two chairs and a table—looked incredibly cozy until it became the gathering spot for every guest in the hotel, yelling right under our windows.The issue?There’s no separation between the shared guest area and the private space of each cottage. Forget about peace, quiet, or a secluded retreat.No soundproofing. You’ll get the full experience of your neighbors’ conversations, whether you want it or not.Bathroom issues:•The toilet smells.•The faucet doesn’t work—it’s just hanging there, detached.The hotel boasts about its chef from Kolkata, yet everything we requested was unavailable.What did we get? Vegan rice. Just… rice.Final verdict:•Demand a room change if you’re placed near common areas.•Check the plumbing before settling in.•If you enjoy eavesdropping on your neighbors, this is the perfect place for you.

There were kitty cats around.

Mosquitoes everywhere.Ants kept appearing on the bed. The room did not smell good. It smelt like urine and was very uncomfortable. The power went out in the middle of the night, and we needed to ring reception to help us out. Noisy neighbors. Breakfast spread was small - which I understand since there were not a lot of people staying. I feel like the property has potential, and just needs a lot of attention to detail.

Though i travelled for work, i realised after checking it is a place tucked away far from the city, hence it is for a lazy, luxurious vacation. But the 1 night i spent was heavenly. The staff is courteous. The room are squeaky clean. The bed is the best. The food is delicious. I wish to go back for a vacation some time soon just to laze around.

Aah ! I didn't want the duplex room, for climbing up and down in a single was a bit troublesome for me. But I am not sure whether they have rooms which have bed on the same floor or are all rooms duplex.

Renovation required immediately, property was good in 5 years back but now all furniture/elements are asking immediately replacement

The overall ambience was good at a very affordable price. Loc is apt if someone want to explore the city. Good food and supportive staff

Cleanliness

Need to maintain well looks very old and pool side is stinky

Bed and Garden is nice.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom is big ,Almost as big as room. Poor wifi. Dirty restaurant. Breakfast time starts from 8:30 am. So if you are booking with breakfast check your flight time on check out date. If you are booking without payment on booking. Then mesgg and emails will keep coming to pay advance or it will get canceled due to high demand ?

The parking space was ample and secure. The ambience was superb.

The food was just ok. It was not bad but could have been better.

What I liked about the property was its charming ambience and excellent location. The hotel has the potential to be developed into a more exotic place with some enhancements and additions to its decor and amenities.

There were several aspects of the property that I didn't like. The bathroom door latches were broken, which was inconvenient and concerning for privacy. Additionally, the switches and sockets in the room were outdated and need to be replaced to accommodate both flat and round plugs. The poor WiFi connection was frustrating, and the breakfast menu offered too few options for guests.

The studio room was really nice ,with good interiors and spacious enough lobby . The resort environment is quite good ,swimming pool is well maintained.The only thing they are lacking is food ,its not there where it is expected to be ,didn't enjoyed the food in terms of taste and quality both needs improvement.Rest all was really good staff was really helpful and overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back .

Overall food I didn't liked breakfast not much options and Even ala carte food was lacking taste and quality. Can be improved with better chefs .

Washroom was very big. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Location is very far away from the main center. Even route is very complicated for a new person who is not aquiant with the city. Food was very bad. My daughter got ill after eating their food.

I liked the look, decor and ambience. It was quite clean and staff were courteous. Food was tasty and a number of cuisines were available.

Food preparation was a bit slow and sometimes no waiters were around but they did ask for orders in advance to compensate. Approaxh road is long and broken, so autos, tuktuks, etc. don't want to come or charge extra.

Small room, tiny bathroom, fixed menu of hardly 10 options to choose for lunch/dinner
